5. Orders (Formation of Contract)

You can order products from our website (www.vitaroots.co.uk) using the checkout process. We will confirm acceptance of your order via email, at which point a contract is formed between you and us.

In cases where products are out of stock, we may be unable to fulfill orders. In such instances, we will inform you and no charges will be applied.

Our website is designed for the promotion and sale of our products within the UK, and we do not offer delivery to addresses outside the UK.

6. Cancellation of Orders

You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days after product delivery. Follow the cancellation process outlined on our website or, if no process exists, contact us at hello@vitaroots.co.uk. Some goods are perishable; refunds for these products are at our discretion, but your statutory rights concerning product quality remain unaffected.

To cancel an order after product dispatch, return the products to us at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM, at your own expense and in reasonable condition. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service. Refer to storage instructions.

Generally, we will refund the product's price through the payment method you used.

Orders cannot be canceled once product containers are opened or products are used. However, your statutory rights regarding product quality remain intact.

7. Delivery

Delivery costs are as displayed on our website, and shipping times vary by location.

We will deliver products to the address specified during the ordering and checkout process, using reasonable efforts to do so within 30 days. Delivery time is not essential to the contract.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you promptly to minimize the impact. We are not liable for delays caused by such events, but if significant delays are anticipated, you may choose to end the contract and receive refunds for undelivered products.

Once we deliver a product to the address you provided, it becomes your responsibility.

We may temporarily suspend product supply to:

• Address technical issues or make minor technical changes.
• Update the product to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implement changes requested by you or notified by us.

8. Termination of Contract by Us

We may terminate a product contract by writing to you if:

• You fail to provide necessary information for product delivery.
• You do not permit product delivery or collection within a reasonable time.
• You break the contract, and we incur net costs as a result.

You must compensate us if you break the contract. If we cease providing a product, we will inform you at least two weeks in advance and refund prepaid sums for undelivered products.

10. Price and Payment

Product prices, including VAT, are displayed on the order pages during checkout. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices, but if an error is discovered, refer to clause 10.2.

If a product is incorrectly priced, we will normally charge the lower amount if the correct price is lower than the price stated during your order. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions before accepting your order.

Payment must be made upon order acceptance and will be processed using our payment system. We accept credit or debit card payments and PayPal.

11. Our Liability

 

Our products are intended for domestic and private use. We have no liability for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of business, or loss of business opportunity if products are used for commercial or business purposes.

This contract is exclusively between you and us, and no third party has rights to enforce any terms.

Failure to insist on immediate action or delay in enforcing these terms does not waive our right to take action later. For instance, if a payment is missed but we continue to provide products, we may still request payment later.

These terms are governed by English law, and disputes related to the products will be resolved in English courts with exclusive jurisdiction.
